Every home in our portfolio must pass our strict curation standards, but they move through two distinct validation phases:

  • Gold Seal: Handpicked properties that have completed our exhaustive, in-person 100-point physical blueprint inspection. We publish their exact field scores directly on the listing—including what didn’t pass.
  • Silver Seal: Exceptional properties vetted through extensive historical performance data, deep guest review parsing, and direct owner alignment. They are fully host-certified by our team for immediate booking while they await their final on-site physical blueprint audit.

What We Are Not

To maintain an uncompromised standard for high-capacity group travel, we intentionally built CTC Stays to run counter to the traditional rental market:

  • We are not an open marketplace. We do not aggregate thousands of random listings. If we haven’t personally vetted the host and verified the property’s physical footprint, it doesn’t make our short list.
  • We are not hands-off tech platforms. We don’t hide behind automated chatbots or algorithmic listing boards. We are builders and operators who actively manage our network’s quality.
  • We are not built for compromises. We don’t allow locked bedrooms based on guest counts, hidden upcharges for basic family gear, or unverified Wi-Fi speeds.

We built CTC Stays for groups, retreats, and families who cannot afford a single logistical breakdown. If a property is built on shortcuts, it belongs on a standard listing site—not here.
